What is MBSR?
The programs’ primary focus is the practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness involves cultivating the art of paying attention in a particular way to one’s experience from moment to moment with both curiosity and wonder, and in the process, letting go of attachment to unhealthy mind, body and emotional states. This learning lends one to deep self understanding, and the learning of powerful methods for actively participating in one’s personal well being.
Why practice mindfulness?
