Location: HOME Yoga on Chestnut
Date: May 13
From: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
Cost: $60/session or $269 for all five.
The more we practice asana, the more many of us become intrigued with anatomy. Even those who had no interest in the subject in school, find themselves becoming more connected to it simply because the physical practice of yoga draws them into their body.
Join Caitlin, a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and certified athletic trainer licensed in Massachusetts, to explore anatomy as it relates to asana. Her unique perspective and ability to relate complex topics to the familiarity of asana is remarkable.
We've broken the course into five different sessions, all meeting on Saturdays from 11:30 - 2pm. Register for one for $60 or all five for $269.
